Our Work
RCOC works in partnership with many individuals and agencies to plan and coordinate services and supports for people with developmental disabilities, family members and community leaders in Orange County. The regional center is the first stop for individuals and families seeking to obtain local services and supports to help them live safely and with dignity in the community.
RCOC serves over 21,000 Orange County children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families. Developmental disabilities include autism, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and intellectual disabilities.
Our Mission
The Regional Center of Orange County (RCOC) is a private non-profit organization that, as mandated by the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act, collaborates with persons with developmental disabilities, their families and the community to secure individualized services and supports that enhance the quality of life for the people we serve and assist them in realizing their full potential.
